A few weeks ago I read the Farmer’s Almanac prediction for winter and I was in denial. Then I read our local weather person’s prediction for winter and I just about cried! Are you ready….for “Biting Cold and Snowy” to start in the middle of November. “Heavy Snow” by Thanksgiving. “An early cold winter is on the way.”
Just as I am getting into the swing of holiday pots the “biting” cold has hit! It’s only Nov 12 and I already came across some very frozen window boxes that I had to give up on. Not good!
I know of someone who does holiday pots in Minnesota and she finished all of her jobs last week. She was smart. I wish could say that about myself!
