I’m surviving! First week was cold, second week was mild, the third week felt like I was working in the Arctic Tundra.   I was frozen for about 6 days but Saturday was a nice change!  It’s amazing how warm a 40 degree day can feel after having days in the low 20’s and wind chills in the teens. It felt like I was working in the Tropics this weekend, oh don’t I wish!  Things have been going well besides the abundance of frozen pots!  But, so far I haven’t had to pass up any pots, a lot of chopping and some hot water and I can usually make it work.   Here’s a few pictures from the last few weeks.
