Do you remember last March? We had temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s, wow that was amazing! I am not sure if this year will be like that, only Mother Nature knows!
I will call today (March 11) my “official” first day back to work for 2013, although I don’t think it will last long. I will head out this afternoon and start cleaning out planters that have greens from winter. We finally had a few days warm enough to thaw the soil in planters. What a relief! As much as I love the winter arrangements, by March it’s time for them to go! After today, I think things will freeze again so it may be another week before “operation winter clean up” can start again. It can be frustrating….my work days are completely determined by the weather.
